Osclass sitemap plugin is an essential part not just for classifieds, but for any website that wants to be visible in search engines. The Sitemap generator plugin generates a sitemap.xml file in the root folder with links to the essential content of your classifieds:
Sitemap links for categories, countries, regions and cities (and their combinations) are generated just in case there exists at least 1 listing. Pages with no listings are not included in sitemap.
Having link in sitemap, however does not mean it will be automatically added into SERP, search engine decides based on ranking of your website if adding particular link to search engine will be beneficial for their customers or not.
