Abu Dhabi – quick oil change places that don't try to upsell everything?

Went to a famous quick lube chain in Abu Dhabi last week and the guy spent 20 minutes trying to sell me air filters, fuel system cleaning, windshield wipers, and some kind of radiator flush. I just wanted an oil change. I get that they have targets but it's exhausting saying no five times. My S5 only needs the right grade synthetic and a decent filter, nothing fancy. A colleague at work said to try a no nonsense place called Leading Oil Change Abu Dhabi that apparently just does the job you ask for without the hard sell. Has anyone here actually used them for a European car? I'm also curious if they actually let you see the old oil drain out because I've heard stories about places charging for full synthetic but using bulk blend. I don't mind paying a fair price but I want honesty and no games. Also wondering if they top up the washer fluid without charging extra like some places do. Just tired of the dealership experience at a quick lube.

Saying no five times to upsells during a simple oil change is genuinely exhausting and unfortunately standard practice at quick lube chains with sales targets. Finding a place that just does the job you asked for is worth the extra research.

Asking to see the old oil drain out is a completely reasonable request and any honest shop will have no issue with it. Reluctance or redirection when you ask that specific question tells you everything about what they were planning to put in.

S5 with the right grade full synthetic and a quality filter is all it needs for a routine change. Anyone pushing fuel system cleaning or radiator flushes on a car that just came in for oil is working from a script, not looking at your actual car.

Washer fluid top up without charging extra is a reasonable expectation at any shop that values repeat business over squeezing every last dirham from a single visit. Worth asking before they start rather than checking the receipt afterward.

Dealer experience at a quick lube price is the worst combination possible. A straightforward independent that knows European cars and respects what you actually asked for is worth keeping once you find one.
